What You'll Do
- Support development teams in adopting various AI-assisted development approaches, including Vibe Coding, AI agents, and other advanced AI tools
- Guide technical teams in transitioning from traditional development methodologies to AI-augmented workflows
- Conduct training sessions for the FairMind team and external clients on the effective use of AI tools in software development
- Engage in educational activities by participating in Meetups, Conferences, writing articles, and organizing webinars to spread knowledge about AI-assisted development and its potential
- Conduct continuous research and development on the latest advancements in LLM models, AI agents, and AI-powered development tools
- Create prompt libraries, validation pipelines, and agent workflows to optimize the use of AI in code production
- Develop best practices for integrating various AI tools and methodologies into existing development processes
- Collaborate with product teams to identify opportunities for improving the FairMind platform
What We're Looking For
- Software development experience with at least 3 years in programming roles (though we're open to exploring professionals with more years of experience)
- Familiarity with using LLM models and AI tools as development assistants
- Knowledge of major AI development approaches such as Vibe Coding, agent-based development, and AI-assisted programming
- Understanding of challenges related to integrating AI into software development workflows
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills
- Mindset oriented toward experimentation and continuous learning
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into simple, accessible terms
Nice-to-Have
- Knowledge of AI Engineering and prompt engineering principles
- Experience in AI agent orchestration and multi-agent systems
- Understanding of the challenges related to security and quality of AI-generated code
- Familiarity with modern development frameworks
- Experience or at least predisposition to training or mentoring developers
- Ability to critically evaluate AI-generated output and identify potential issues
