What You'll Do

  • Drive customer adoption and success of the MindStream platform through technical guidance and support
  • Support the market's insights gathering process to update and execute customer onboarding strategies that maximize platform adoption and value realization
  • Collaborate with the product and engineering teams to translate customer feedback into actionable insights
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with technical stakeholders within customer organizations
  • Support technical onboarding sessions and provide ongoing support to ensure successful platform implementation
  • Guide customers through the technical aspects of MindStream, helping them understand and leverage platform capabilities
  • Create and deliver technical training programs tailored to customer needs and use cases
  • Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address technical challenges

What We're Looking For

  • 3-5 years of experience in digital solution development, either as a technical analyst, developer, or technical project manager
  • Strong understanding of software development processes and methodologies
  • Basic knowledge of Generative AI and its applications in software development
  • Proven track record in technical project management and customer-facing roles
  • Experience in implementing and driving adoption of technical solutions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English and Italian
  • Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance

Nice-to-Have

  • Background in software development or technical consulting
  • Experience with enterprise software implementations, SaaS or Technical Consulting
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and DevOps practices
  • Previous experience in a customer success role within a technology company
